They Came, They Ate, They Left!
I recall mentioning several times at the Family Reunion that wild turkey would occasionally visit our backyard. Of course none were seen in that time. That does not mean they were never here. I have learned that, even being home, if you are not looking out back at just the right time it is easy to miss them because they do not make a lot of noise.
Attached here is a 100 second video of a visit they made one week ago when I had my camcorder handy. I shot this video entirely from the comfort of my deck. This was a small group of hens and chicks. Toms tend to hang together apart from the rest.
